I’ve been taking advantage of these uncertain times and have been trying out new recipes. One thing I’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter how much you think you already know, there’s always more to learn. That’s happened a lot lately, I’ve been starting to bake more and with that I’m learning new recipes and maybe some new techniques as well. Recently, I made banana bread for the very first time, it turned out really well and I even added a hint of vanilla in it. I’ve found that even with recipes I’ve never made before if I feel confident enough, I’ll make it more my own by adding the odd thing here and there to it.
